IowaSAP is part of Acceptance Recovery Counseling and provides full-service DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) assessments, including all required DOT paperwork from start to finish. You’ll meet with a licensed, experienced SAP who listens without judgment and recommends treatment or education options that fit your life and work schedule. We offer in-person appointments in Coralville and secure video appointments anywhere in Iowa.
Pricing: Initial evaluation and follow-up assessment together: $600 total.
